The following weather forecast was issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, at noon today:— Situation: A deep depression is passing to the south of New Zealand. Forecast to 5 p.m. tomorrow: Moderate to fresh northerly to westerly winds; weather unsettled, with occasional rain; temperatures moderate. Further outlook: Similar conditions.
