A Consolidated Rate of 19-033/1000 of a penny in the £ on the rateable value appearing in the Valuation Roll of all rateable property within the Borough of Greymouth, exclusive of the _ Cobden Area thereof, on the basis of the Unimproved Value of such property for the purpose of producing 1.
