LONDON, May 22 (Rec 9 a.m.).— Five New Zealanders wei;e the first to be presented to the King and Queen at the second of last week s two presentation parties at Buckingham Palace. They were Air Commodore Maurice Buckley, Mrs Buckley, and their daughter, Miss Robin Buckley, and Commander R. Harding and Mrs Harding, all of Wellington. Air Commodore Buckley and Commander Harding, who are respectively New Zealand air and naval liaison officers in London, were presented by the High Commissioner (the Rt Hon W. J.
