N.Z. Bowlers In Australia

The first of 72 New Zealanders to compete in the Australasian bowls championship, beginning on May 2b, has arrived in Brisbane. He is Mr F. M. Shortt, aged 75, of the Remuera club, Auckland. He was met by his brother, Mr F. E. Shortt, aged 78, an insurance broker, whom he had not seen for 56 years,—Brisbane, May 20.
