Communist Mayor’s Gift To Princess
ROME, May 19 (Rec 1 p.m.).— Princess Margaret received gifts today from the Communist Mayor of Florence, Mario Fabiano. It was Princess Margaret’s last day in Florence.
The Mayor gave her an artistically bound volume of illustrations of old Vecchio Palace and a valuable bronze statuette of the sixteenth century. The Princess goes to Venice tomorrow.
