PROPOSAL FOR TRUCE IN KASHMIR
(Recd. 11.30 a.m.) NEW DELHI, April 15. The United Nations Commission for India and Pakistan presented its proposals for a truce agreement in Jammu and Kashmir. The commission stated that it had studied both the Indian and Pakistani points of view and'the proposals were based on the withdrawal of troops from the'area.
