Silknit (N.Z.), Ltd.—The net profit of Silknit (N.Z.), Ltd, for the year ended December 31, was £6563, against £6933 in 1947 and £7173 in 1946. Dividend is maintained at 7 per cent., requiring £4500, leaving £2013 to increase the carry-forward to £12,433, subject to deduction for directors’ fees.
