I suppose you have all been enjoying the lovely fine weather these days. -xu „ Now I know you will all be just about bursting with excisemen wondering who has won the competition for our Club Badge. I have had such a lot of excellent designs that it has been very difficult to decide which was the winning one, and I want to say a, big 7° to all the boys and girls who sent in entries. The design which I hay chosen as the best was sent in by Mary of Cobden. She wi receive a prize and also 20 marks. Congratulations, Mary. The next best will gain ten marks, and they were drawn by Raymond Klempel and Melva Jones. , v - FIRST PRIZE and Twenty Marks. —Miss Mary Clarke, 104 Ward SECOND Ten marks. —Master Raymond Klempel, Moana. THIRD Ten marks.—Miss Melva Jones, 8 Kerr avenue, Cobden. Now that we have chosen our design, boys and girls, it won’t be so very long before we will have the badges for you, and you will be able to wear them, and then everyone will know that you are members Df Harley’s Junior Club. Cheerio till next week, children.
