(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The troubles of retailers were discussed at the continuation today of the arbitration proceedings in connection with the container dispute. One witness said that since the container dispute he had accumulated so many wooden containers that an. inspector had told him he must do something about them because of the fire risk.

Witness added that he had unsuccessfully endeavoured to sell them for kindling wood. Another witness said that during the dispute at the markets last month a grower had offered one shilling a dozen if he returned the containers for which he (the retailer) had paid 6d each.
