Motor-cyclist Killed When Machines Collide
(P.A.) DUNEDIN, February 17. Aaron Penson, aged 34, a single man, of Ravensbourne, was killed, and three others injured in a motor-cycle collision on the Port Chalmers road this afternoon. The injured were: — Joseph Franklands, aged 34. single, an immigrant, concussion; Whitson, aged 22, single, of Dunedin, concussion; William Hobbs, married, of Ravensbourne, cut over an eye. Messrs Penson and Franklands were driving motor-cycles and the other two injured were pillion riders. The machines collided head on.
