LATE NEWS Fighting Flares Up On Frants In Palestine
(Recd. 3 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 19
Reuter’s Haifa correspondent quoted a United Nations source as saying that heavy fighting between Israel and Egyptian forces continued in the Negev area. Other United Nations reports indicated that fighting is flaring up on other fronts.
The rearguard of the United Nations team at Gaza said the Jews had dropped 25 bombs- on - Gaza since Monday.
The Jews are 'reported to have launched two attacks in the Jerusalem area and heavy arms fire is reported on the central front- in the vicinity of Tulkarm.
