Robin’s Reward And Sequoia Work Well At Trentham

WELLINGTON, This Day. Sequoia, Robin’s Reward, Pierre and Baccarat were the most attractive workers at Trentham yesterday, when the track was fast. Tauloch, Young Trent Signal Officer and High Order were also among the more impressive gallopers. Sequoia, drew attention to his prospects in the Trial Stakes when he finished better than Helio at the end of seven furlongs in 1.30 2-5, the last halfmile in 51 2-5. Indian Dawn and Julius Caesar were together throughout seven furlongs m 1.32, the final four .in 51 1-5. Seven Furlong Tasks
High Order completed seven furlongs in 1.30 1-5, the final three -furlongs taking 39 1-5. Signal .Officer ran his seven furlongs in 1.31 1-5. He was assisted from the six furlongs by Pride of Mossburn and they ran the final three furlongs in 38 1-5. Winter Sweet could have improved on her 37’3-5 for three furlongs. False Step was under a good hold while completing three furlongs in 37 2-5. Night Attire II impressed when she accompanied Terrific over five furlongs, the last half-mile in 51 1-5. Night Attire II is by Beau Vite—Sleeveless. Maryburn and Musselman were together throughout three furlongs in 37 2-5. Magical returned the same time. Robin’s Reward pleased when he accompanied Dymondy over six furlongs in 1.17 3-5, the last three furlongs in 38 3-5.
Likely Improvers Pierre and Baccarat completed six furlongs in 1.17 2-5, the final three furlongs in 37 4-5. Both have improved with their races last week. Tauloch was travelling easily alongside Resolute, with Sea Shanty several lengths back, at the end of sevenAurlongs in 1.31 1-5, the last four in 52 3-5. Young Trent was responsible for a good effort when he finished two lengths in front of Sir Royal at the end of five furlongs, the last four in 50 1-5.
