The Minister of Defence. Hon. F. Jones, said that the High Commissioner for New Zealand in London, Mr W. J. Jordan, had forwarded to him a letter from the Duke of Edinburgh, thanking the Royal New Zealand Navy for a dinghy they presented to Princess Elizabeth and the Duke as a wedding gift. "I was most impressed with its construction and finish, and I can assure you it will be extremely useful to us. We have called the dinghy ‘Kiwi, and hope this. will meet with the approval of all who so kindly provided this splendid gift.”—<P.A.)
