CRICKET KIT LOST ON VOYAGE
(Rec. 9 a.m.) BOMBAY, October 17. Over £lOOO worth of cricket kit has been lost bv the West Indies cricket team which arrived in Bombay today for a tour of India. A number of boxes containing the kit were sent by a separate ship from London and arrived last week. When the boxes were opened today they were empty.
