Within the country we have. only a few opponents, but abroad we have to fight imperialistic monopolies. But Argentinians are not going to weaken in the face of this campaign by international liars. There are those who believe the movement can be halted by killing me, but it cannot be done.'We have truth and justice on our side.” Much of General Per on’s speech was devoted to the urging of support for constitutional reform, “so that it will represent the people and not imperis lists. Argentina will vote on December 5 for a Constituent Assembly, which is expected to consider numerous amendments to the Constitution, including one to permit the President to remain eligible for office after six years.
