Australian Shearers
Through the enterprise of an Invercargill shearing contractor, Mr A. W. Garvie, a party of Australian shearers will leave Sydney next Thursday by a specially-chartered Sunderland flying-boat for Auckland. They will be under contract to Mr Garvie to shear 170,000 sheep.—(P.A.)
