AUCKLAND, Oct. 16 The suspect arrested after the armed hold-up and robbery at the Bank of New Zealand agency at Parnell yesterday came before the Magistrate’s Court this mo r p i . n SHe was Edward John Patrie Phelan aged 24, described on the charge sheet as a company director residing at Milford. _ He was charged that being a VP with a .45 automatic pistol, he robbed Clark Wilson McCorkindale of £341) the property of the bank. - By consent of counsel for the de fence (Mr C.
