BOXING Hanson Defeats Dornan
(P.A.) PALMERSTON N„ October 17. Harry Hanson, of Wellington, beat Noel Dornan, of Fielding, in a professional middle-weight boxing contest at Fielding on Saturday. The fight ended in the third round, when Dornan was sent to the mat three times. He rose each time after counts of nine, but went down again just before the gong. The referee stopped the fight.
