(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Ten thousand written applications for guinea seats were returned to the applicants for the Wellington season, representing between £30,000 and £40,000, said Mr D. D. O’Connor’ manager of the Old Vic Company tour today. He added that the number of letters returned in Wellington was greater’ than in Auckland or in the South Island.
