Royal Chief Filly Mount Barker was running oast a beaten lot to get fourth in a division of the Novice Handicap at Wingatui last week after being slow out of the barrier. It was a promising effort on. the part of the Royal Chief filly, who is from Soliad, by Iliad from Scotch Wit, by The Ace from Scottish Star, a mare tracing back to Traducer.
