Army Mission from U.S.
The United States and Argentina today signed a four-year agreement under which a United States Army mission will be sent to Argentina to help to advise her armed forces. The United States Navy and Air Force already have advisory missions in Argentina. Similar agreements have been reached between the United States and 13 other American republics, and the United States is negotiating pacts with several ether Western Hemisphere countries. —Washington, October G. ■
