The following weather forecast was issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, at noon today: — Situation: A depression is moving eastwards across North Auckland; an anti-cyclone is soutfi-east of the South Island.
Forecast to 5 p.m. tomorrow: Moderate easterly winds; weather fair to cloudy, with cool night and moderate day temperatures. Further outlook: Fair to cloudy.
