Russian Allegation
(Recd. 2 p.m.) GENEVA, Aug. 16. The Russian delegate to the United Nations’ Economic and Social Council alleged that the International Labour Organisation was out of harmony with the United Nations and was not in accordance with the principles of democracy. The Russian resolution demanded that , the 1.L.0. representatives be divided equally between the workers and governments’ and employers’ representatives.
