FINLAND ACCEPTS ANOTHER SOVIET GESTURE
(Rec. 1 p.m.) HELSINKI, June 4. Finland has accepted a Russian offer of £1,250,000 loan at 2 per cent, repayable in currency other than dollars. This gesture is interpreted as a new attempt to create Finnish goodwill for the Communist Party in the general elections next month.
