It is also proposed to hold following examinations on 12th June, 1948, in centres where there are sufficient candidates: INTERMEDIATE EXAMINATION: Shorthand 130 words a minute: typewriting 50 words a minute. ‘Confused manuscript, test. Entrants must have previously passed Senior Examination. SPECIAL EXAMINATION. Shorthand 150 words a minute; typewriting 50 words a minute. Confused manuscript test. Entrants must have previously passed intermediate Examination. Exception is made only where Commission is satisfied that candidates who have not passed any Public Service examination foi Shorthand-typists are up to standard of examination below the one entered for.
