MOSCOW, March 16.
A Supreme Soviet decree announces that the demobilisation of all remaining “senior” age groups from the Soviet Army will be completed by the end of March. The Army will then consist mainly of two age groups, namely, those born in 1926 and 1927. The Associated Press says that this is apparently the Army’s planned peace-time strength.
