SOVIET LINKS GERMAN TRADE WITH SATELLITES
(Rec. 11 a.m.) BERLIN, March 16. Officials in the Russian zone of Germany today announced plans for accelerating trade and economic ties with the Soviet-dominated countries in South-east Europe. The first will be the conclusion of a trade agreement with Czechoslovakia.
