BOWLING WOMEN’S CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS RINK TOURNAMENT
The West Coast-Buller Women’s Bowling Association’s ' champion of champions rinks tournament is being played at the Karoro green today. In the first round, the Karoro and Blackball fours, skipped by Mesdames Mcßobie and Knowles respectively, eliminated’ the Blaketow and Dunollie' teams. Results, up to the time the Evening Star went to press, were: — First Round. —Karoro 26, Blaketown 10; Blackball 22, Dunollie 8; Cobden and Runanga both had byes. Second Round.— Runanga 26, Cobden 10; Karoro 28, Blackball 17. It was expected that the .finals would be completed late this afternoon. t
