A mob of more than 5000 stormed the offices of three Rangoon newspapers today, wrecked the. presses and threw files and furniture • into the street, because the.papers■ alleged that ■ Thakin Tin, president of-the Peasants’ .Union and a-member, of the Cabinet, had been guilty of “misbehaviour” during a recent four of the country.
