LATE NEWS Chilean President Plans Department Of Antarctic
(Recd. 3.10 p.m.) SANTIAGO, February 23. The President of Chile (Gonzalez Videla) will ask the Chilean Congress to sanction the establishment of a ‘new department of the Antarctic with headquarters at Navarino in Magallanes province, in the extreme south of Chile.
