BILLIARDS EXPERT TO PLAY ON COAST: LINDRUM’S VISIT
Snooker and billiards expert, Horace Lindrum, of Australia, who is at present making a tour of New Zealand, will visit the West Coast this week, playing matches at Greymouth and Hokitika. . He will meet several Hokitika players, including P. Stephenson, at Hokitika tomorrow evening, and on Thursday evening he will play the West Coast billiards champion, A. Twohill, at billiards, and D. Darby, at snooker. . Twohill, who reached the finals in the Dominion championship tournaments during the past two years, played against Lindrum some years ago He also met the New Zealand champion, Clark McConachy, who is now touring England. Lindrum will also give exhibitions of trick shots after his matches.
