(Rec. 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, September 26
The Treasury announced that the ban on travelling overseas in nonBritish ships and aircraft, which was to have been imposed on October 1, has been withdrawn, irrespective of the object of the journey, but the Treasury again urges all citizens to refrain from unnecessary travel abroad during the crisis.
