BUDAPEST REGIME GIVES CONCESSIONS TO RUSSIANS
(Rec. 2 p.m.) LONDON, August 11. The British Government’s political representative in Budapest delivered to the Hungarian Government a Note protesting against the special tax concessions to four Soviet Hungarian companies. The Note says the concessions to the Russians are inconsistent with the peace treaty until other United Nations nationals get similar privileges. The Note requests these privileges for British companies in Hungary.
