MINIATURE RIFLES NINE COMPETITORS TIE IN ROSS HANDICAP SHOOT

Nine competitors tied for Mr McKey’s handicap prize at the ninth competition, shoot on Tuesday. R. Sammons and R. Wheeler were still level'after the shoot-off and they will complete the competition at the next shoot. W. Carter won the Hotty Button with a Score, of 97. Points in the teams’ competition are:—President’s 4, club captain’s 2 and secretary’s nil. Leading scores were as follows: — P Head 92-8-100; F. C. Hamilton 95-5-100; A. Sark 93-7-100; S. Smith. 92-8-100; R. Wheeler 92-9-100; H. Collett 90-13-100; K. Detlaff 87-20-100; V. Mitchell 86-17-100: R. Sammons 83-26-100; W. Carter 97-2-99; K. McKev 93-6-99; W. Leggott 92-7-99; J.
