DISSENTIENTS IN HUNGARIAN PARTY TO REMAIN LOYAL

(Rec. 10.45 a.m.) BUDAPEST, July 24. Dissatisfied elements of the Smallholders’ Party decided, after consultation with the party’s new chairman, Stafan Dobi (who succeeds Farene Nagy) to remain loyal to the party’s leader. This section of the party which had been seeking a stronger line against the Left Wing has now agreed not to form a “rebel party.” The National Assembly will be dissolved on July 25 and a full election campaign is expected to begin.
