BOWLING BLAKETOWN CLUB ELECTS OFFICERS

Nomination for re-election was declined by Mr R. .Longstaff, president of the Blaketown Bowling Club, at the annual meeting held last week, and Mr F. J. Brennan, last year’s vice-president,.'was elected to the position. Other officers elected at the meeting included the following:—Vicepresident, Mr J. Dowdall; treasurer, Mr F. Bower; secretary, Mr J. W. McLean; auditor, Mr A. Mosley; committee, Messrs R. Longstaff, J. Hogarth, H. Innes, W. Mosley, G. T. Collins, G. Shaw; selection commitlee, Messrs R. Longstaff, J. Hogarth, F. J. Brennan; delegate to W.C.8.A., Messrs R. Longstaff and J. W. McLean. , , Jt The balance-sheet showed the club to be in a good financial position.
