The following transfers were approved: Section 1097, Westport Colliery reserve; 24.8 perches; Richard James Gospodenetich to Percy Peace Hawken. of Westport. Section 1133, Town of Westport: 30.2 perches; Maria Ellen Curtis to Mary Curtis of Westport. Lot 1 of Section 66, Block HI, Kawatiri S.D.; 15.76 perches; Alfred Percy Struthers and Allan John Struthers to Alfred Percy Struthers and Allan John Struthers, both of Westport, ironmongers. Lot 1 of Part Section 1085, Westport Colliery reserve: 16.9 perches; Frances Mary Quinn to Harry Tobin Hartley of Methven, clerk. The application for the transfer of Section 1035, one rood, Westport. Colliery reserve from John Edwin Hatton to Harriet Walsh Smith, of Fairdown, was referred to the Commissioner of Crown Lands.
