Bos Murphy’s Claim For Alleged Defamation
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day.
The motion to remove to the Supreme Court a claim for £25 damages for alleged defamation .of character, brought by Bos Murphy against. William Brosnan and others, has been .dismissed by Mr Justice Cornish.
“I can see no sufficient reason for removing this into the Supreme Court for hearing,” said the judgment. “It has not been shown that any questions of law of an unusual novel or especially difficult character arf? likely to arise for determination.”
