Further back, the damage was legs severe and here a few residents this afternoon were sweeping brokeii glass from the footpaths. A handful of down-town stores were dpen . for business. The water and electricity utilities are being restored, and it is planned to spray the city with D.D.T. Looting is reported to be at a minimum, although valuables are strewn about.
