SALE OF SMALL DUNOLLIE SHOP

The transfer of a small store at Dunollie at the price sought, £6BO, was agreed to by the Westland Land Sales Committee y sitting • at Greymouth this morning.

The property which was owned by J. A. Medlin was sold to J. J. Smithson, the value being apportioned with £4lO for the land and goodwill and £270 for the chattels. The committee also consented to the sale of a Threadneedle street property by the Public Trustee in the estate Of A. Vergusson to F. L. Young, at £575 which was the price sought.
