MARTYRS OF NIMES EXTOLLED.—In the course of a tour of France last month the Prime Minister of France, M. Ramadier, paid a visit to Nimes, where a special commemoration ceremony was held by the graves of 17 Frenchmen, Poles, and Italians, members of the Underground Movement, who were executed by the Germans.
