Four Injured in Collision
Three women and a boy were injured in a collision between a bus and a truck at Elleislie. The bus was extensively damaged, a large part of the side being ripped out and strewn along the road. The following were admitted to hospital: Jessie Jean Simpson, aged 20, of Onehunga, fractured right leg; Mrs Patricia Carlyon, aged 20, of Penrose, concussion; John Bevan Steadman, aged 13, a son of Mrs H. Scadman, of Onehunga, lacerated right forearm.—(P. A,)
