POLAND AND FRANCE
FIVE-YEAR, PACT SIGNED PARIS, Feb. 20. France and Poland yesterday signen a five-year “friendship and cultural agreement.” France is negotiating an alliance with Czechoslovakia modelled on the British-Russian alliance. She also contemplates treaties with Belgium and Holland. . , The French Foreign Office aims to extend its anti-German alliances to all countries bordering Germany.
