INVITATION TO UNO PARTY IN GREECE LONDON, Feb. 19. The Athens correspondent of The Times says Mr George Thomas, the Labour member of the House of Commons who spent some days with the Greek rebels -in the Thessaly mountains, has relayed to the United Nations Investigating Commission a message from Captain Markoui vpho claims to be the' commander-in-chief of the “democratic army of Greece.”

The message invites the commission to visit his headquarters and the area the rebels claim to control.
