' AMERICAN AMBASSADOR NOT RETURNING WASHINGTON, Feb. 14. The American Ambassador in Warsaw Mr Arthur Bliss Lane, who has been, recalled to Washington for consultations about future United States policy towards Poland, will not return to Poland did not necescorrespondent in Warsaw.
