UNIONS IN BERLIN
DISPUTE AMONG ALLIES SETTLED BERLIN,' Feb. 11. The. serious dispute in the Allied Kommandatura during which the Russian commmander,, Major-Gen-eral Kotikov, accused the British and Americans of sabotaging the Berlin trade union elections, has been settled. The Russians have agreed that the delegates to the central Berlin trade ‘union conference should be selected uniformly throughout the city. Some of these delegates had previously represented. 200 union members, while others represented as •few as 50.
