Endurance Walker.

The endurance walker, Bert Couzens, who is now in Scotland on an attempt to walk round Britain, has covered 1300 miles from London, via Land’s End, an average of 60 miles- daily. He insists that,' despite the fact that 46,000,000 Britons have been shivering for weeks, that “the weather has been good,” but it has been too bad for the cyclist accompanying him. The cyclist is resting at Dundee with stomach cramps while Couzens goes on alone to John o’ Groats and back to Stirling. Cousens has had one cold and has lost a stone in weight since he began on January 16.—London, Feb. 6.
