The Tokio Trial.
The War Crimes Tribunal rejected as “Not well favoured” defence motions for the dismissal of the charges against the Japanese war-time leaders. As the result of a defence request for time to prepare evidence, the tribunal adjourned for three weeks. —Tokio, Feb. 3.
