GOVERNMENT SEEKS FULL DETAILS CENSUS IN BRITAIN (Recd. 11 a.m.) LONDON Dec. 5. The information required 101 tne annual census of production in Britain is listed in the Governments Census Bill, published to-day. The bill makes it compulsory for all farms to disclose: The nature of the business and the associations with other businesses, the number of stall, tne nature of the work performed, the salaries paid, the output including details of sales, deliveries and services, lists of articles acquired or used, costs including costs of sub-contrapts, receipts, payments, outstanding debts, the amount of power used or generated, details of the fixed capital assets, valuations, plant and premises. The Bill provides for a fine of up to £5O for failure to supply information and in addition for fines of £lO for each day the information is nor furnished.
