AU records for the amount ol money taken on any one day at e bloodstock sale in Britain were beater at the Newmarket sales to-day,, the 183 lots realising 292,100 guineas. Although the sales have two more day: to go the week’s takings of 603,121 guineas surpass last year’s record o: 567,385 guineas. The sum of 9001 guineas was paid for the mare Bole Maid by Sandwich from Undaunted I. covered by Dante, and 9200 guinea: for the mare Hyphen by Hyperioc from Devachon covered by Nearco.London, Dec. 4.
